This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant/petitioner seeking extension of time granted by this Court vide order dated 25.09.2024.

Learned counsel for the respondent/Bank is present on advance notice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has alluded to the exchange of e-mails between the parties and it is pointed out that they are negotiating for One Time Settlement.

Four weeks time is requested, which is opposed. 5.

However, considering the grievance of the petitioner in this case, the present application is allowed to the extent that the petitioners are granted two weeks time from tomorrow i.e. 23.10.2024, for negotiating for a "One Time Settlement" with the Bank. No further time shall be granted.

The application stands disposed of.
