These petitions have been filed by the petitioners, challenging the Order dated 26.04.2024 passed by the learned Chairman of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as 'Tribunal'), declining the applications filed by the petitioners seeking transfer of the Original Application. No. 373/2021 and Original Application No. 483/2021 (O.A.) from the Bangalore Bench of the learned Tribunal to the Principal Bench of the learned Tribunal at New Delhi.

abovementioned applications have been filed to avoid conflicting decisions being rendered by various Benches of the learned Tribunal. She, however, fairly brings to our notice that the Bench of the learned Tribunal at Bangalore has decided to await the outcome of the O.As pending before the Principal Bench.

Keeping in view the above, for the present, we are not inclined to interfere with the Impugned Orders. The petitions are, accordingly, the same are disposed of. However, we reserve liberty to the petitioners to revive the petitions if need arises in the future.
