% 16.04.2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner is not inclined to challenge the petition on merits provided two year time to vacate the premises is given. After some discussion, it is agreed the petitioner shall vacate the premises on or before 31.03.2021 subject to paying an amount of Rs.8,000/- per month as user charges w.e.f. 01.05.2019 till the vacation of the premises. The user/occupation charges shall be paid on or before 7th day of each calendar month. Water and electricity charges shall be paid as per actuals. Any default in the above terms shall entail the eviction forthwith.

At this stage it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner the electricity connection has been disconnected by the authorities. The learned counsel for the respondent on the other hand submits in case the petitioner clear the dues of the electricity the respondent shall

provide him with the NoC for restoration of the electricity connection. The needful be done.

Usual undertaking shall be filed with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the respondent within two weeks from today. The petition and pending applications stands disposed of. Order dasti.
