% 11.04.2019 Learned counsel for petitioner does not press this petition while seeking permission to file application under Section 311 of Cr.P.C. to recall the respondent-complainant before the trial court. In view of the aforesaid, this petition and application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to file an application under Section 311 of Cr.P.C. for recalling complainant/Injured and her father, of this FIR.

If it is so done, trial court is expected to be considerate while dealing with the said application in the background of this case. Accordingly, this petition and application are dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
