After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings against the respondent for committing criminal contempt as contemplated under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

The present petition stands dismissed-as-withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
