1. The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.

2. The petitioner seeks demarcation of its property falling under Khasra Nos. 966 min (1-8), 970 min (1-17), 971 min (0-7), 972 min (0-10), 973 min (1-4), 974 min (0-14), 975 min (0-14), 976min (1-1), 991min (4-6) totaling 12 Bigas and 1 Biswa in Village Asola by Total Station Method, after giving due notice to it.

3. The learned Additional Standing Counsel for GNCTD submits that the TSM demarcation shall be carried out after giving due notice to the petitioner, But the latter would be first required to deposit the cost of demarcation, as may be communicated to it. Let it be so done.

4. A copy of the Demarcation Report shall be supplied to the petitioner within two weeks of the said exercise being completed.

5. It is the petitioner's case that no construction has been carried out in the said property since the last demolition exercise carried out by the authorities i.e. there is no pending demolition for the past many months. That being the position, the petitioner need not have any fear for any further demolition, without due procedure.

6. The Court is assured by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner will fully cooperate with the Revenue Authorities at the time of demarcation of the lands.

7. The petition, alongwith pending application, stands disposed-off in terms of the above.
