% 02.07.2020 (Video Conference Hearing) By the instant application, the applicant seeks interim bail founded on the guidelines issued by the High Powered Committee on 18.05.2020. The applicant is stated to be in Judicial Custody since 19.02.2016. In the application it is specifically stated that all the public witnesses have been examined. Status report filed does not controvert such averments made in the application.

Taking into account the prevailing conditions on account of COVID19 pandemic and the totality of facts and circumstances especially, the guidelines issued by the High Powered Committee, the applicant is admitted
