% 08.04.2025 After some hearing, Mr. Ankit Mittal, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition and to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action before the High Court of Punjab and Haryana. This is in view of the preliminary objection taken by the respondent No. 2 - Translational Health Science and Technology Institute and the position that the employer of the petitioner is respondent No. 2, which is located in Faridabad, in the State of Haryana. The petition, alongwith the pending application, is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
