% 11.05.2018 Mr. Balasubramaniam, Adv. has placed before the Court a communication dated May 10, 2018 addressed to Mr. Tanoodbhav Singhdev, Advocate for Bar Council of Delhi whereby he has been informed that the Bar Council of Delhi Employees Service Rules, 2017 has been notified on May 10, 2018. He has handed over a copy of the said communication to the learned counsel for the petitioners. Mr. Balasubramaniam also states a copy of the rules as notified shall be sent to Mr. Saquib within one week positively. His statement is taken on record.
