Allowed, subject to applicants curing the deficiencies referred to in the captioned application within five days of the lockdown qua this Court being lifted.

This is a joint application filed by the parties to place on record the terms of settlement as arrived at between them. 3.

The terms of settlement have been recorded in paragraph 2 (i) to 2(viii) of the captioned application.

3.1 Furthermore, the parties have also agreed, an aspect which is recorded in paragraph 3 of the captioned application, that the defendants will not press for reliefs set forth in prayer clause 24 (c), 24 (d) and 24 (e) of the plaint.

To be noted, the captioned application bears the signatures of the authorized representatives of the parties as also their respective advocates. 5.

The captioned application is also accompanied by the affidavits of the authorized representatives of both parties.

I have examined the terms of settlement as recorded in the captioned application. The terms of settlement are lawful. 7.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, as recorded in the captioned application. 8.

The Registry will draw-up a decree in the aforementioned terms. The application shall form part of the decree and shall be marked as Exhibit- A 9.

Since the parties have arrived at a settlement at an early stage, the plaintiffs, to my mind, should be exempted from paying 50% of the Court fee. It is ordered accordingly.

9.1 The Registry will take requisite steps in that behalf. 10.

The captioned application is disposed of in the aforementioned terms. CS(COMM) 181/2020 & I.A. No.4613/2020 11.

In view of the order passed hereinabove in I.A. No. 5770/2020, the suit is disposed of in terms of what has been recorded qua the said application.

The suit shall stand consigned to record.
