The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to respondent no.2 to register an FIR on a complaint dated 30.10.2019 filed by the petitioner.

It is seen that the petitioner has not exhausted alternate remedies. Undisputedly, the petitioner has an alternate remedy of approaching the concerned Magistrate under Section 156(3) of the Cr.PC.
