15/2026 dated 09.02.2026, registered under Sections 64(1)/351(2)/123 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, at Police Station Shakarpur, District East, Delhi, on the ground of settlement. After some arguments, Mr. Prateek Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. The petition, alongwith the pending application, is thus dismissed as withdrawn.
