This is an Application filed under Section 439 read with Section 482, Cr.PC seeking grant of interim bail in FIR No.212/2011 under Sections 302/120B/34 IPC and 25/27/54/59 Arms Act, Police Station Kanjhawala, on the ground that the wife of the Applicant has to undergo a major surgery on 28.06.2020.

Ms. Meenakshi Dahiya, learned APP for State submits that the present Application is not maintainable as the Applicant has not approached the Trial Court, before filing the present Application. Faced with this, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks to withdraw the present Application with liberty to approach the Trial Court. Application is disposed of granting the liberty as aforesaid.
