This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "i. Issue a writ or direction in the nature of Certiorari and/or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature thereof setting aside the Order dated 02.01.2026 passed by the Respondent dis-affiliating the Petitioner school; and/or ii. Issue a writ or direction in the nature of Certiorari and/or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature thereof to set aside the Show Cause Notice dated 18.09.2025 passed by the Respondent; and/or iii. Issue a writ or direction in the nature of Certiorari and/or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature thereof setting aside the Inspection Report dated 31.07.2025 passed by the Respondent dis- affiliating the Petitioner school, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and/or iv. Issue a writ or direction in the nature of Certiorari and/or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature thereof setting aside the Order dated 25.03.2026 passed by the Respondent transferring the students of class XI of the Petitioner school..."

For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice. 3.

Ms. Singh, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 4.

Since in accordance with the Clause No. 13.10 of Affiliation Byelaws, 2018, the petitioner can make a representation to the respondent against the impugned action, in this view of the matter, for the time being it is directed as under:- I.

That the petitioner shall make a representation to the respondent raising all the contentions with necessary documents within 1 week from today.

II.

The petitioner shall be afforded a personal hearing by the respondent.

III.

An order in accordance with law shall be passed in response to the said representation within four weeks from the date of making the representation.

This Court has not examined the merits of the controversy. 6.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms, along with pending applications, if any.
