BAIL APPLN. 1313/2020 Hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. Present Application has been filed for grant of Anticipatory Bail under Section 438 Cr.PC.

The FIR number as mentioned in the title of the Application is 013/2020, under Sections 376/ 506/ 34 IPC, P.S. Burari. Perusal of the Prayer, however, indicates that the FIR number mentioned in the Prayer is 0855/2014 dated 10.10.2014, South-West District, P.S. Dabri. Confronted with this, learned Counsel for the Applicant candidly submits that this is merely a typographical error and seeks permission to

withdraw the Application with liberty to file a fresh Application mentioning the correct details of the FIR and the Police Station. Application is permitted to be withdrawn, granting the liberty as aforesaid.
