This application has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking transit anticipatory bail in Criminal Case No.2249/2017 under Section 138 of the N.I. Act pending before learned 3rd Addl. Senior Civil Judge & Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Navsari, Gujrat.
