The present application has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 30.04.2025 to the effect that Withdrawal Petition No.2/2024 be read as B.C.I Tr. Case No. 596/2024. 2.

Considering the averments made in the present application, the same is allowed.

In the circumstances, order dated 30.04.2025 is modified to the extent that paragraph nos. 1, 4 and 51 of the said order referring to Withdrawal Petition No.2/2024 shall be read as B.C.I Tr. Case No. 596/2024. 4.

4. The limited relief sought by the petitioner is that the respondent no.1 be directed to dispose of the aforesaid petition viz. Withdrawal Petition No.02/2024 expeditiously.

5. In the circumstances, the respondent no.1 is directed to decide 'Withdrawal Petition No.02/2024' as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today.
