1. Exemption allowed, subject to the condition that the petitioners will file the duly sworn/attested affidavit and the requisite Court fee within 72 hours from the date of resumption of the regular functioning of this Court.

3. The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.
4. The petitioner is aggrieved by her non-registration as a medical practitioner by the respondent. The petitioner was earlier residing in Bangkok. She has completed her school education through the Cambridge Board - registered in the UK. She has completed her 'O' level i.e. class Xth and 'A' Level i.e. class XIIth from Harrow International School, under British Board. She has graduated with the Degree in Bachelor in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Bristol, U.K. According to the petitioner the said degree is equivalent
to an MBBS Course in India. She has already been awarded a certificate of registration by the General Medical Council of UK, to practice as a doctor.

It has been the petitioner's endeavour to get herself registered with the Delhi Medical Council, but her efforts to get an eligibility certificate subsequent to a screening test, to be conducted by the National Board of Examinations have not been successful thus far. It is her grievance that all her efforts to apply to MCI have been unsuccessful. She made inquiries with the MCI on 06.03.2020 but the response of the respondent was not encouraging.
6. Mr. T. Singhdev, the learned counsel for the MCI who appears on service of advance copy of petition, states that no application of the petitioner has been received thus far. It is only upon receipt of the complete documents that the MCI would be able to take a call in the matter.
7. In these circumstances, let this petition be treated as the petitioner's representation to the MCI. Furthermore, additional documents, as may be requisite and intimated to her by the MCI, shall be supplied by her. The petitioner shall also apply to the MCI through the requisite online medium, within one week from today. The MCI shall communicate its decision/guidance, to the petitioner within three week from date of receipt of her on-line application and/or on supply of all requisite documents.
8. In view of the above, the petition alongwith pending applications stand disposed off.
