At the very outset, it is informed by learned counsel for petitioner that the matter has already been amicably settled under the aegis of Saket District Court Mediation Centre and pursuant to such settlement, even the suit has been withdrawn by the respondents herein.

It is, therefore, prayed that in view of the subsequent development, there is nothing left in the matter.

In view of the aforesaid facts and also considering that the suit in question is already withdrawn, nothing survives in the present petition. 4.
