% 26.03.2025 CM APPL. 17461/2025 (seeking direction to the nodal officer) 1.

The present application has been moved by petitioner seeking appropriate directions to the concerned Nodal Officer. 2.

The petition filed by the applicant herein i.e. CM(M) 2301/2024 was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 28.02.2025 and while disposing of the abovesaid judgment, certain directions were passed, which read as under:- "25. Petition is allowed with direction that the call detail records of the mobile phones of respondent No.1 and her mother for the last two years be preserved and the same be produced before the learned Family Court in a sealed cover. However, court finds no need for issuing directions for preserving the call detail records of the mobile phone number which stands in the name of father of respondent No. 2, inasmuch as, the call detail records of the mobile phone of the petitioner and her mother would serve the purpose." 3.

The grievance raised in the present application is that there is no specific direction to any authority for the purposes for preservation of record CM(M) 2301/2024 1 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 01/07/2025 at 00:54:45

and, if necessary directions are not issued, the record may not be preserved beyond 31.03.2025.

4.

Though, the order dated 28.02.2025 seems to be very categoric and directions are to be treated as implicit, the application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner would bring the abovesaid order to the knowledge of the learned Trial Court and based on the abovesaid observations, the learned Trial Court shall issue necessary directions to the concerned authority for doing the needful.

5.

The application stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. 6.
