The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking stay of the pending proceedings before the learned Trial Court in Bail Matter No. 166/2025, in FIR No. 409/2024, registered at Police Station Pandav Nagar.

It is pointed out that the writ petition filed by the petitioner, being W.P. (CRL.) 44/2025, seeking quashing of the same FIR is pending consideration before this Court, and is listed on 23.04.2025.

Considering that the petition seeking quashing of FIR and further proceedings arising therefrom is already pending before this Court, no further writ petition seeking stay of proceedings in a Bail Application filed in the same FIR can be entertained. The petition is an abuse of the process of law.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
