By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seeks directions for the respondent to suspend the sentence of the petitioner till the final decision is taken by the Sentence Review Board (SRB) regarding his premature release in FIR No. 36/2011 registered at PS.: Vasant Kunj South, Delhi under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC). 4.

As such, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
