% 20.09.2017 This petition is filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') seeking directions against respondent No.3 to disclose and deposit the amount payable by them to respondent Nos.1 and 2.

This court vide order dated 28.02.2017 noting the submission of respondent No.3 that no amount is due and payable from respondent No.3 to respondent Nos.1 and 2 deleted the name of respondent No.3 from the array of the parties.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly states that nothing survives in the present petition and he seeks to withdraw the present petition.

As requested, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. JAYANT NATH, J.
