The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the orders have been passed by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) appointing an Interim Resolution Professional (IRP). The parties state that in terms of Section 14 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (hereafter 'IB Code'), there is a moratorium on continuation of the present proceedings, as the application filed by the respondent (the corporate debtor) under Section 10 of the IB Code to initiate insolvency resolution process has been admitted by NCLT.
