Learned counsel for the parties submit that the suit has been settled and disposed of by virtue of the order dated 14.11.2025 and in terms thereof, the present application i.e. I.A. 44386/2024 under Order XXXIX Rule 2A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with Sections 2(B), 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 be also disposed of 2.

In view of the aforesaid statement of the learned counsel for the plaintiff, the said contempt petition appears to have become infructuous in terms of the order dated 14.11.2025 and as such, the same is dismissed as infructuous. 3.

The suit stands disposed of accordingly.
