Versus

GOPAL VERMA & OTHERS ..... Judgement Debtors Through:

Mr. Udyan Srivastava, Adv. for JD-1&2.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV SAHAI ENDLAW

O R D E R

% 28.02.2019 1.

The counsel for the decree-holder states that judgment-debtor no.1, before the Mediation Cell brought a buyer of the share of the property of the decree-holder and judgment-debtor no.3 Neelam Verma, whom also he represents and the decree-holder and the judgment-debtor no.3 Neelam Verma have already sold their share in the property to the said buyer and also executed sale deed and this execution petition thus stands satisfied. 2.

The counsel for the judgment-debtors no.1 and 2 however states that execution petition be kept pending to substitute the buyer in place of the decree-holder to avoid multiplicity of proceedings. 3.

No ground for keeping this execution petition pending is made out. 4.

The execution petition is disposed of as satisfied. 5.

The judgment debtors No.1&2 on one hand and buyer of share of decree holder and judgment debtor No.3 on the other hand, if so desire, may however continue with the mediation.
