O R D E R

% 23.07.2020 (Video Conference Hearing) By the instant application, the applicant seeks interim bail for a period of 45 days on account of the prevailing conditions on account of Covid-19 pandemic besides attending to his aged widow mother inasmuch as his father died on 04.11.2019.

Applicant is stated to be in JC since August, 2015 and the trial is now at the stage of DE. In other words, victim has already been examined.

Taking into account the totality of facts and circumstances especially, the prevailing conditions on account of Covid-19 pandemic, the applicant is admitted to interim bail for a period of 45 days from the date of his release

on his executing Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent concerned. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
