% 05.12.2019 This is a Criminal Appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of acquittal dated 05.12.2018, passed by Ms. Paridhi Gupta, Ld. MM, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi in C.C.No. 5002373/2016 titled as "Vinod Kumar Yadav vs. Ashok Kumar Srivastav".

It is submitted by Ld. Counsels for both the parties that matter has been amicably settled before the Mediation Centre, Dwarka Courts and therefore, they want to withdraw the present appeal. Mediation Order has been placed on record.

In view of the submissions of Ld. Counsel for both the parties, the present appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.

Parties will remain bound by their statements/compromise/settlement arrived at before the Mediation Centre.
