The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 536/2020 of Police Station Narela for offence under Section 302/34 of IPC read with Section 25/27 of the Arms Act.

This bail application came up for the first hearing on 04.04.2025 before the predecessor bench and thereafter continued getting adjourned before different benches. Along with 179 such old pending bail applications, this application also was transferred to this bench. 1.2 Today is the first hearing before me.

At the outset, on being reminded by learned APP of order dated 23.03.2026, passed in Bail Application No. 1167/2026, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application. 3.
