The petitioner impugns order dated 07.11.2017, passed by the Trial Court, whereby, the petitioner has been charged to face trial for the commission of offences under Sections 376/328/307/506 IPC in FIR No.413/2016, Police Station Chhawla.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the petitioner has since been acquitted by order dated 27.04.2018. 3.

In view of the above, the petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
