The present application under Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers: - "i) Kindly allow the aforesaid application for early hearing of the bail application no. 1308/2025 in FIR No. 645/2024, dated 25.12.2024, U/S: - 351(3)/3(5)/61(2)/308(4) BNS ACT,2023 P.S: - K. N. Katju Marg and same may kindly be heard on urgent basis, in the interest of justice.

ii) Pass any other order(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper according to the facts and circumstances of the present matter."
