The petitioner pointed out that all interim orders have been further extended by the Full Bench of this Court by an order dated 24.08.2020 passed in W.P.(C) 3037/2020 captioned 'Court on its Own Motion v. State and Ors.'.

In terms of the aforesaid order, the interim bail granted to the petitioner is extended till 31.10.2020 on the same terms and conditions as set out in the order dated 03.07.2020.
