The present application, under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking interim bail for 30 days in case FIR No. 521/2021 for offences under Section 302/392/397/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Punjabi Bagh. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
