The hearing has been conducted through video conferencing. 2.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner, the petitioner has spent fifteen years, excluding remissions, in judicial custody and was earlier released on parole in the year 2013-14. It is submitted he has got orders on his furlough of dated 19.03.2020 subject to furnishing two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each amount. It is alleged though the petitioner did furnish the sureties, but were not accepted by the jail authorities for extraneous reasons. 3.
In these circumstances, the two surety bonds so furnished by the petitioner may be considered by the Jail Superintendent and if they are found financially viable, such bonds be accepted as per rules and the petitioner be released, per order dated 19.03.2020. 4.
The petition stands disposed of in terms of above. Pending application(s) also stands disposed of.
