The present bail application is filed seeking extension of interim bail granted to the applicant by order dated 14.02.2025 passed by this Court, on the ground of the surgery of his wife. The interim bail granted to the applicant was extended from time to time, and was lastly extended by this Court by order dated 04.04.2025.

On the last date of hearing, verification report was called from the State.

The medical report of the applicant's wife has been verified. The treating doctor has confirmed the date of surgery which is scheduled on 11.04.2025. The doctor has stated that the patient after the surgery would be requiring 6-8 weeks of bed rest.

Undisputably, the applicant was released on interim bail on earlier occasions and has not misused the liberty. 6.

Considering the above, the interim bail granted to the applicant is extended for another 04 weeks at the first instance on the same conditions as imposed by this Court by order dated 14.02.2025.

The application stands disposed of with aforesaid observations.
