Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 8B.N.S.S.9) (erstwhile Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for grant of Regular Bail in FIR No. 641/2024 under Section 115(2)/126/109(1)/3(5) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Sultan Puri, New Delhi.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition.
