At the outset, order dated 24.01.2025 of the predecessor bench is brought to the notice of learned counsel for accused/applicant. By way of the said order, the accused/applicant had withdrawn the previous bail application with liberty to approach the Trial Court after framing charges. 2.

Learned counsel for accused/applicant submits that his case is squarely covered by bail order dated 27.03.2025 in favour of co-accused Asif Khan. But learned APP submits that the said bail order does not cover the present accused/applicant for various reasons. 3.
