The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.) seeks the following prayers:- "a) Allow the present Application of the Applicant by taking the same on record and/or b) To allow the Applicant to withdraw the Present Bail the application bearing No 1315/2025 filed by the petitioner before this Hon'ble Court with the liberty to file the afresh application before this Hon'ble Court and/or c) Pass any other or further order/s as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
