CRL. M.A. No. 11769/2020 (for extension of interim bail) The applicant was granted interim bail vidé order dated 23.06.2020, which was extended by operation of orders dated 13.07.2020 and 24.07.2020 made by a Full Bench of this court in W.P. BAIL APPL. No. 1328/2020 Page of
(C) No. 3037/2020 titled Court on its own Motion vs. State & Ors., as recorded in order dated 24.07.2020.

The applicant now seeks further extension based on order dated 24.08.2020 made by the Full Bench in W.P.(C) No. 3037/2020. 3.
Accordingly, it is recorded that by operation of order dated 24.08.2020 made by the Full Bench as aforesaid, the interim bail granted to the applicant vidé order dated 23.06.2020 stands further extended till 31.10.2020 on the same terms and condition as originally imposed.
