O R D E R

The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in FIR No.116/2018 under Sections 380/457/411 IPC registered at Police Station Lahori Gate, Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has been in custody since 02.06.2018 and the trial is likely to take some time. 3.

Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the bail application. He submits that the petitioner has also been involved in as many as 19 cases. He further submits that CCTV footage shows the presence of the petitioner at the spot.

In rebuttal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been either acquitted or granted bail in the other cases. BAIL APPLN. 949/2019

Looking into the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the trial is likely to take some time, the petitioner is admitted to regular bail, on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court, subject to the following further conditions :- (i) The petitioner shall report to the concerned SHO/IO, PS Lahori Gate, Delhi on first Monday of every month at 10.00 A.M.

(ii) The petitioner shall provide the I.O./SHO Police Station Lahori Gate, Delhi with his mobile phone number and in the event of change of his residential address, shall inform the same to the I.O./SHO as well to the concerned Court. (iii) The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promises to the complainant or any witness during the trial or tamper with the evidence. (iv) The petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the National Capital Territory of Delhi without prior permission of the concerned Court.

(v) The petitioner shall remain regularly present before the Trial Court.

With the above directions, the bail application is disposed of. 7.
