Learned APP for the State submits that the factum of death of one of the co-accused i.e. Hariom Sharma, has been verified and report to the abovesaid effect shall be filed before the learned Trial Court. 2.

The other co-accused-Bunti @ Bhupesh Sharma has been charged for offence under Section 498A/34 IPC and according to learned counsel for the petitioner, there are vague and unspecific allegations and, therefore, the charges are unsustainable.

However, after hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he would agitate all the points raised in the present petition before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage and seeks to withdraw the present petition, while reserving all his rights and contentions. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.

All rights and contentions are reserved.
