% 30.07.2020 The present matter has been taken up for hearing by way of Video Conferencing on account of COVID-19 pandemic. Mr. Kanwal Chaudhary, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants states that, the present appeal has been rendered infructuous, in view of the subsequent development that, the learned Single Judge has passed an interim order on the 22.07.2020 in CM APPL.6048/2020 in W.P.(C) 7445/2017, titled as 'Sh. K.M. Bhatnagar & Anr. Vs. Unfion of India & Ors.', instituted by them.

The appeal is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous accordingly. The pending application also stands disposed of. LPA 161/2020 Page 1 of 2

Needless to state that, if the appellants are aggrieved by the subsequent order dated 22.07.2020, passed by the learned Single Judge in CM APPL.6048/2020, they are at liberty to assail the same, in an appropriate proceeding, in accordance with law.
