One reference under Section 18 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 is pending adjudication before the learned Trial Court. 2.

Petitioner herein is petitioner No.5 before the learned Reference Court and is aggrieved by the order dated 13.02.2025 whereby sister of the petitioner No.5 has been impleaded as party in the abovesaid reference proceedings.

However, learned counsel for petitioner, at the very outset, submits that some important facts have not been properly mentioned in the petition and there are some inadvertent omissions also and, therefore, without prejudice to their rights and contentions, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file it afresh.
