The present Petition has been filed assailing the correctness of the order dated 19.03.2019 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, in O.A. No.3166/2018.

Learned counsel representing the parties are ad idem that in view of the subsequent development in disciplinary proceedings against the Petitioner, the cause of continuation of the present Writ Petition does not survives.
