The petitioner sought contempt proceedings against the respondents on account of their failure to decide the parole application within time fixed by the predecessor bench vide order dated 12.02.2025. Learned ASC has shown me a copy of order dated 21.04.2025 whereby the parole application has been dismissed with detailed reasons. Since the copy shown to me across the board is not legible, a fresh true copy or legible copy be filed within three days after supplying advance copy to counsel for petitioner. 2.

Under these circumstances, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
