The gold articles are received by the petitioner, whereas the mobile phones are refused to be accepted for the obvious reasons that the price is depreciated. As such, the respondent is free to dispose of the said mobile phones in accordance with law.

Since the redemption was granted vide Order-in-Appeal on 3rd December, 2025, we direct the warehouse charges to be applicable to the petitioner from the date of filing of the appeal and not the date of order from release.
