The present application under Section 439 Cr.P.C has been filed by the Petitioner for grant of regular bail in FIR No.29/2021, registered at Police Station Patel Nagar, Delhi for the offence under Sections 302/201/34 of IPC.

There are 10 public witnesses out of which two witnesses have been examined and the remaining witnesses have been partially examined. The Petitioner has been in custody since 30.06.2021 and more than three years have passed. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, after some arguments, states that he is not pressing the bail application at this juncture. 3.

The application is disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 4.
