After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi ("DRAT") for seeking appropriate reliefs.

The petitioner is also permitted to move an urgency application, if required, before the learned DRAT, which shall be duly considered by it in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
