Mr. Arun Bhardwaj, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents submits that the result has been declared and the petitioner has been selected for the post of Inspector in the Central Excise Department (Post Code-K). He submits that the respondents have already forwarded the result as well as dossier and the recommendations to the competent authority - Central Board of Direct Taxes.

In view of the above statement, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
