By virtue of the present petition under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant no.1 seeks anticipatory bail in proceedings arising out of FIR No.168/2025 dated 20.12.2025 registered under Sections 308/318(4)/319/340 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) at PS: Special Cell, Dwarka. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants seek leave to withdraw the present bail application.
